This page explains when you are billed for Pinateca, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled. The conditions here are the same as those published in Japanese.
The free plan costs nothing. Up to 5 members and 10 boards, with no time limit and no credit card required. Nothing is ever charged for it.
The Standard plan is $5 per member per month. Paid annually it is $4 per member per month, billed twelve months at a time.
The Business plan is planned at $19 per member per month, or $15 paid annually, but is not yet available. We will announce it before it starts.

The currency you are billed in is set by the country that issued your card. Cards issued in Japan are billed in Japanese yen, at the prices published on the Japanese pages. Everywhere else is billed in US dollars, at the prices above.
The currency is fixed when you subscribe. To change it, please get in touch using the contact form.
For card payments, a monthly plan is charged on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter. An annual plan is charged on the day you subscribe and on the same day each year thereafter.
For bank transfer, please pay by the date shown on the invoice.
Cards are handled by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB are accepted.
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancelling stops billing from the next renewal onward, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
There is no pro rata refund for the unused part of a period.
Because the Service is delivered digitally, fees already paid are not refunded as a general rule.

Prices are shown excluding tax. Japanese consumption tax is added where it applies.
Beyond the fees themselves, there is nothing else to pay. Any internet connection charges are your own.
